I learned about these glasses from a friend. I was interested in them because I’ve been struggling with insomnia for years, and I’ve learned that blue light in the evening can impact your sleep. I’ve had them for nearly a week, and I honestly believe they’re helping.

These are my first blue-light blocking glasses, so I can't compare them with others. But these glasses for me have been amazing. They put a lot less strain on my eyes, and in fact, ever since I started wearing them, my sleep has been better. I go to sleep faster and I don't wake up throughout the night like I used to. I highly, highly recommend these glasses.

I searched several different websites and brands and bought these based on price and reviews. I’m extremely satisfied and plan on buying more pairs. They come in a great case with cleaning cloth and look great on! They are priced so that I’m able to have multiple pairs at work and home so I’ll be better able to use them more frequently.

Because my job deals with staring at the computer for hours on end, I decided to buy a pair of blue light blocking classes. The glasses arrived very fast.
